Agentic Base Private Limited was founded to consolidate and expand a portfolio of operating software businesses focused on agentic commerce and AI-native products. The company is incorporated in India and operates across India and Australia.
Our origins are in product engineering and enterprise integration. We’ve spent the last decade building software that has to work in messy, real-world conditions — gig economy marketplaces, regulated SME tooling, identity systems, data platforms. That bias toward shipping things that survive contact with users carries through every company we operate.
We operate, we don’t just invest.
Every company in the portfolio is operated by Agentic Base. We build the product, run the platform, and answer to the customer. That keeps the feedback loop short and the accountability honest.
Distribution before novelty.
We’d rather ship a familiar shape of product into a market that desperately needs it than chase the most novel technical demo. New capability is a tool, not a goal.
